Our Guarantee To Business Clients (Resellers of MUSHEEZ branded products)
You can return any MUSHEEZ branded products bought directly from us within 10 days of the date of delivery.
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with our MUSHEEZ™ products, or have decided simply not to resell them, then we will give you a 100% refund, excluding shipping costs.
To make your claim:
- Complete the form below.
- Once we receive your claim, we will confirm it by email and include the return address in Estonia.
- Send us back the products by registered post. Registered post is highly recommended. Unfortunately, there are people who might say they have sent a product back but have no proof of doing so. If you do not use a registered post service and the products do not arrive, then that is your risk, not ours.
- When we receive the product(s), we will issue a refund to your bank account (the same account we received payment from).
- IMPORTANT: If the products arrive back used or damaged in any way and are unsellable, we will refund the amount fairly and proportionally. We do not refund shipping costs.

Our Guarantee To Private and White Label Business Clients
If you have ordered MUSHEEZ products with your own label or plain packaged products – We can only accept returns if the products are proven faulty.
We do not refund shipping costs.
We do not refund the costs of label printing unless we have made an error in the printing.
