We generally use DPD for all our shipping. On request we can consider DHL or national postal service.
Delivery prices are quoted at the time of order.
We currently ONLY ship to European countries but may make an exception for wholesale buyers in the rest of the world.
We cannot be held responsible for individual countries’ import restrictions, duties, or fees imposed by customs. Refused packages will be treated as abandoned and we cannot offer any refunds.
In the case of deliveries to DPD or other carrier pickup points, if you fail to pick up your package in time and the order is returned then we can either refund the cost of the order except for the DPD or other courier fee plus any charges/fees we incur for accepting returns. If you wish your order to be resent then you will be required to pay the return shipping fee plus a new delivery charge. It is important you inform, in advance, us or the courier if you feel you will be unable to pick up before the date specified by the courier to avoid costly return and new shipping fees.

Delivery and Processing
Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and relevant shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped. We will notify you by email when that has occurred.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail with expected shipping date.
We try to process and confirm all orders the same day however this does not include weekends or Estonian national holidays. Some orders placed after 2pm GMT time may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day.
Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.
Please note that Natural Chaga OÜ is not responsible for orders lost by DPD or other delivery services however we will do our best to resolve the situation if a package is lost in transit. Please contact email@example.com
